It's been hard for me to get back into the swing of things since my surgery. Yesterday I went back to the doctor and he said I can do whatever I want. So I can get back into working out. I go back again in 6 weeks (June 4th) for another follow up. Hoping to have lost some more weight by then.
I know I gained some weight by not working out here lately. I weighed myself at 180lbs this morning.
I want to be at my goal weight of 135lbs by October 1 of this year. That gives me 160 days to lose 45lbs. I CAN DO IT!!!!!!
Now I just need that kick in the you know what to get me going....LOL

I took two weeks off due to having major surgery. I am back and feeling better. I will began posting my weight loss, although the doctor has only cleared me for easy light walking.

Tomorrow is my surgery. I am having a bilateral reduction mammoplasty (breast reduction). I know that I will be extremely sore after. I will not be able to exercise like I have been for the past two weeks. About a week after surgery I can get back to walking. However, it will have to be at an easy and slow pace. So I will not be posting updates on my weight loss for a few weeks. But I promise to be back and to continue my journey.

Weight Loss Jars
I found this idea and thought it was great, so I made one. On the right side is the jar with the amount of beads (lbs) that I want to lose. On the left side is the jar with the amount of beads (lbs) I have actually lost. So every week when I weigh in I will add beads to the weight loss jar. Hoping I don't ever have to remove beads from that jar and put it back in the jar to lose. That would be terrible. LOL
