It's been hard for me to get back into the swing of things since my surgery. Yesterday I went back to the doctor and he said I can do whatever I want. So I can get back into working out. I go back again in 6 weeks (June 4th) for another follow up. Hoping to have lost some more weight by then.
I know I gained some weight by not working out here lately. I weighed myself at 180lbs this morning.
I want to be at my goal weight of 135lbs by October 1 of this year. That gives me 160 days to lose 45lbs. I CAN DO IT!!!!!!
Now I just need that kick in the you know what to get me going....LOL

I took two weeks off due to having major surgery. I am back and feeling better. I will began posting my weight loss, although the doctor has only cleared me for easy light walking.
