Wednesday, March 14, 2012: Walked 2 Miles, Pilates (30 minutes), Crunch: Candlelight Yoga (**)


Thursday, March 15, 2012: Walked/Jogged 3 Miles (**)


Friday, March 16, 2012: Walked 2 Miles, Pilates Belly (10 minutes), Weight lifting (10 minutes), 25 sit-ups (**)


Saturday, March 17, 2012: 25 sit-ups (***)


Sunday, March 18, 2012:  No Exercise (day off) (**)


TOTAL WORKOUT FOR THE WEEK:

Walked/jogged (13 Miles), Workout DVD (1 Hour 20Minutes), Crunch: Candlelight Yoga (2x's), Sit-ups (50).
