This morning I weighed myself on my scale. I weighed in at 177.8lbs. I have lost another 5.4lbs & 8.5" in a week. Making a total weight loss of 10.5lbs in two weeks. My BMI: 29.6.

42.8lbs until I reach my goal weight of 135lbs.


My measurements as of today:
chest: (Did not measure as that will be changing in two more days) Woo Hoo!! 
waist: 40"
hips: 41"
bicep: 12.5"
forearm: 9.5"
thigh: 23.5"
calve: 16"
neck: 14.5"
