On March 5, 2012 I was weighed at the doctor's office at 188.3lbs. BMI: 30.98 kg/m2. 

Current pant size: 13/14 reg

Since that date I have been working out daily and drinking lots of water.

EXERCISE:

Monday, March 5, 2012: No exercise

Tuesday, March 6, 2012: Walked 2 Miles, Turbo Jam Workout DVD (20 minutes)

Wednesday, March 7, 2012: Walked 1 Mile

Thursday, March 8, 2012: Walked/Jogged 3.5 Miles, Crunch: Boot Camp DVD (30 minutes)

Friday, March 9, 2012: Walked 3.64 Miles, Crunch: Candlelight Yoga DVD

Saturday, March 10, 2012: Walked 2 Miles, Yard work for 3 1/2 hours, Crunch: Candlelight Yoga DVD

Sunday, March 11, 2012: Crunch: Candlelight Yoga DVD


TOTAL WORKOUT FOR THE WEEK: 
Walked/jogged (12.14 Miles), Workout DVD (50 Minutes), Crunch: Candlelight Yoga (3x's), Other exercise (3 1/2 Hours).
